Our weight control course aims to create natural eating patterns retained at an unconscious level:

• Eating at regular meal times and finding that eating between meals, such as having a snack or a nibble, is ‘out of control eating’ – a thing of the past.

• Eating smaller portions slowly and enjoyably at proper meal times.

• Eating only when you are physically hungry and knowing when you have had enough food.

• Seeking low calorie and low fat foods that you know are good for you, and once your ideal weight has been reached only ever eating very small quantities of foods like cakes, biscuits, chocolates, sweets, ice creams and so on.

• Taking more gentle exercise as you feel fitter and healthier.

Taking control of your eating habits will be easy as the suggestions given are stored in the unconscious part of your mind where they will continue to support and guide you over the coming hours, days, weeks and months.
